“I had never heard of Complete Heat and Air and didn’t know anyone who had any work done by them. But I went solely off of the great online reviews of their company, and the reviews were right. From the company representative who came out and quoted the job to the install crew who replaced my heat-pump system and all of my ductwork. These men were all very professional, friendly, and did a great job. I spent time with them while they did the job and all of these guys did a good job of representing their company. I plan on using them in the future for any and all A/C work for me and my family and would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“We highly recommend Complete Heat and Air for any and all HVAC needs. We had routine maintenance done a few times on our AC unit and after finding a leak in our A-coil/evaporator coil, we decided to replace our entire system including thermostats. Every time that we had them come out to either refill our freon or perform a yearly check up, they were very professional and very knowledgeable. We made the decision to replace our entire system and requested to have a sales person come out and give us our options. Korbin Frazier was the sales representative who was sent out to talk to us. Korbin was very professional and respectful, didn’t try to sell us on something more than what we needed for our home, answered all of our questions and concerns, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. We picked the system we wanted and set a date for the installation. The installers, Chase and Shannon, were also very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They completed the install without any surprises or hiccups all in one day. They made sure that the inside and outside units were working properly as well as making sure we were connected to the new thermostats before they left. And again, we highly recommend this company and staff for any and all HVAC needs.”
