Brief History of Complete Heat and Air
Michael Esuary founded Complete Heat and Air in 2001 within his home building company. To keep quality high and costs under control, he wanted to install his own selection of HVAC systems. After attending the HVAC program at Greenville Technical College and hiring a service technician, he established Complete Heat and Air. What was initially a small part of his home building company has become Michael’s passion.
As Complete Heat and Air has grown, Michael’s role has changed. But he still enjoys working with customers to find solutions to their heating and cooling troubles, and the company now has several service technicians who can help more homeowners feel comfortable. Both of Michael’s sons help operate the business. Corey Esuary serves as the Operations Manager, while Caleb Esuary serves as the Vice President.

Complete Heat & Air began in 2001 within the home building company of our owner, Michael Esuary. In an effort to control costs and keep quality high, his company began to install their own heating, air conditioning and duct systems. From this beginning and a radio advertisement for Greenville Technical College, a new business was born. After attending the HVAC program at Greenville Tech and hiring a technician that he met there, the service business began. very rewarding” says Michael. As the company has grown his role has changed but in many ways remains the same. “We are able to help more folks to be comfortable by having several technicians. Personally, I still get to enjoy working with our customers to find solutions to their heating and cooling problems”, Michael says. Today, both of Michael’s sons are involved in the operation of the business. Corey Esuary serves as the Operations Manager for the company. Caleb Esuary serves as the Vice-President. Corey has been instrumental in recruiting key team members while Caleb works to make us better through technology and structure.
Other key members of our team are: Mike Kelley our Service Manager; Mike Kelley and Michael Esuary have worked together for several years. Mike has over forty years’ experience in heating, air conditioning and
refrigeration service. Mike has personally trained several of the technicians at Complete and is a great source for “technical support” when any questions arise.
Nick Hipp is our Service Leader and Training Coordinator. Nick takes great pride in the success of our technicians. We have a training room within our shop that is equipped with the latest types of heating and cooling equipment Trane has available. We also have various other brands and types of equipment in the training room for training simulation. This training room allows Nick to work with our existing and new technicians on specific problems. We require each of our technicians to train daily with
one of our senior technicians to know that they are equipped to
take care of our customer’s needs.
Jesse Moore serves as our General Manager. Jesse joined us originally as installer several years ago. He has advanced through the Lead Install position, Service Technician and now manages day to day operations as our General Manager. Jesse is extremely dedicated to training and advancement of individuals within our
company. He is constantly searching for ways to improve how we can provide value given to our customers.
Bobby Hunter is serving in our Business Development department, Bobby Hunter has over 30 years experience in
Business Development in the heating and air industry. Bobby has helped us tremendously to improve our communications with property managers and other customers since joining Complete Heat & Air. Bobby is always available to assist customers with system and duct replacements.
Kenne Norton, Korbin Frazier and Michael Hall do an outstanding job as Comfort Consultants for our customers.
